Core Tulum
TermsEffective April 2026

Terms of
service.

The agreement between you and Core Tulum. Written in plain language so you can actually read it.

The agreement

What you're signing up for.

By creating a Core Tulum account, you agree to these terms. They cover how membership works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in return. If you don't agree to any part of them, please don't use the service.

Membership

Eligibility and account use.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Core Tulum membership. Your account is personal and non-transferable — your QR code is tied to you and may not be lent, shared, or resold.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that abuse partner offers, attempt to share access with non-members, or violate venue-specific terms. Repeated abuse will result in permanent termination without refund.

Billing

Payments, renewals, and cancellation.

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe. Founding members are billed at $299 MXN / month for life as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted. If a membership lapses, the founding rate is forfeited and a new subscription bills at the standard rate in effect at the time.

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — there are no partial-month refunds, but you keep full access until the period ends.

Partner offers

How discounts work at venues.

Discounts and offers are provided by independent partner venues, not Core Tulum directly. We do our best to keep listings current, but offers, hours, and venue participation can change without notice. We are not responsible for the goods, service, or experience you receive at any partner venue.

Some premium offers may carry per-member or per-month usage caps set by the venue. These caps are always shown upfront on the offer details page.

Acceptable use

A few ground rules.

Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to other members, partners, or staff. Don't attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service. Don't use Core Tulum to facilitate fraud or bypass venue policies.

Liability

The boring legal part.

Core Tulum is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by Mexican law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

Governing law

Where this agreement lives.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo. We will always try to resolve things directly with you first — most issues never need to go anywhere near a court.

Updates

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will email all active members at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Questions? Reply to any email from us or write us directly — we read every note ourselves.
