- How does early access work?
- Core Tulum is launching in stages. People on the waitlist may be invited to join before public launch, and the first 25 members to subscribe will receive the founding rate.
- Will my rate ever change?
- No. Your membership stays locked in at the price you joined on, as long as your membership remains active.
- Can I use Core as often as I want?
- Yes. You can use your membership across partner venues throughout the year. Some individual offers may have limits set by the venue, and those will always be shown clearly.
- How do I redeem an offer?
- Show your personal QR code at a partner venue. Staff scans it, selects the available offer, and applies it to your visit.
- Do all venues offer loyalty rewards?
- No. Loyalty cards are optional and depend on the venue. When a partner chooses to offer one, you will be able to track stamps and unlock rewards through your membership.
- What happens if I do not get the founding rate?
- You can still join Core at the standard membership rate once it becomes available.
